Success Workforce stores account information, applicant profiles, applications, documents and recruitment activity to provide placement services. Your profile is accessible to authorized agency staff. Employers can access only candidates submitted to their own job orders.
Sharing and consent
Processing consent and employer-sharing consent are recorded separately. You can withdraw sharing consent and request a copy, correction, restriction or deletion review through Privacy & Data Requests in your portal.
Website inquiries and chat
Contact forms and chat collect your name, email, and messages so the agency team can respond. A session cookie keeps your conversation available in this browser. Only authorized staff can read the inbox. Please keep passwords, identity documents, and payment information out of chat.
Private documents
Résumés and supporting files are stored on a private disk. Access is checked for each download. Sensitive documents require verification and access controls.
Retention and requests
Retention, legal holds and request decisions require agency review. Contact [email protected] or open a privacy request from your account.
